White Chocolate Coconut Frappuccino
Servings: 2 servings
Ingredients
  • 8 oz coffee, cold
  • 1/2 c. milk (I used skim)
  • 1 tbsp. fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. coconut creamer
  • 3 tbsp. white chocolate sauce
  • 1 tbsp half-and-half (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • ice
Instructions
  1. Brew coffee and place in refrigerator to chill.

  2. When coffee is chilled, add coffee, milks, sugar, coconut creamer, white chocolate, and half-and half to a blender. Add ice to fill blender 1/2-3/4 full. Blend about 1 minute or until smooth. Add more ice if necessary. 

  3. Serve topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of white chocolate sauce!
