Sweet, chocolately brownie truffles filled with M&Ms and chocolate chips and covered in smooth almond bark.
Prepare your brownie mix according to package directions.
Bake brownie mix in a 13x9 pan, according to package directions.
Let brownies cool completely. Then crumble them into chunks in a large bowl.
Add container of frosting, chocolate chips, and m&ms. Use large spoon or hands to mix everything together.
Roll mixture into one inch balls and place on baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 1 hour to harden.
Once truffles are frozen, melt almond bark in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
Use a fork to dip the brownie truffles in almond bark. Tap fork against the edge of the bowl to remove excess.
Place dipped truffle back on baking sheet. Top with an M&M. Repeat with rest of brownie truffles.
Let truffles set and fully harden on counter (or speed process in refrigerator) before serving.
