Sweet, chocolately brownie truffles filled with M&Ms and chocolate chips and covered in smooth almond bark.

Servings: 36 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 box brownie mix (13x9 size) + ingredients on back of box
  • 1 can vanilla or cream cheese frosting
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. M&Ms (mini or regular)
  • 1 lb. white chocolate almond bark coating
Instructions
  1. Prepare your brownie mix according to package directions.

  2. Bake brownie mix in a 13x9 pan, according to package directions.

  3. Let brownies cool completely. Then crumble them into chunks in a large bowl.

  4. Add container of frosting, chocolate chips, and m&ms. Use large spoon or hands to mix everything together.

  5. Roll mixture into one inch balls and place on baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 1 hour to harden.

  6. Once truffles are frozen, melt almond bark in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

  7. Use a fork to dip the brownie truffles in almond bark. Tap fork against the edge of the bowl to remove excess.

  8. Place dipped truffle back on baking sheet. Top with an M&M. Repeat with rest of brownie truffles.

  9. Let truffles set and fully harden on counter (or speed process in refrigerator) before serving.
