5 Minute Blueberry Lime Syrup

A mix of sweet berries and tangy lime that is sure to send your breakfasts and desserts into happiness overdrive!

Servings: 8 servings
  • 1 (6 oz) container blueberries, about 1 1/2 cups
  • 3/4 c, granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. lime juice
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat blueberries, water and sugar over medium. Stir often until sugar is dissolved.

  2. Use a potato masher to mash some of the blueberries (I like to leave some whole and some in pieces).

  3. Bring to a boil over medium-high. Stir in cornstarch+water mixture. Let cook, stirring constantly for 30 seconds. 

  4. Remove from heat, and stir in lime juice.
