A mix of sweet berries and tangy lime that is sure to send your breakfasts and desserts into happiness overdrive!
In a medium saucepan, heat blueberries, water and sugar over medium. Stir often until sugar is dissolved.
Use a potato masher to mash some of the blueberries (I like to leave some whole and some in pieces).
Bring to a boil over medium-high. Stir in cornstarch+water mixture. Let cook, stirring constantly for 30 seconds.
Remove from heat, and stir in lime juice.
