Instant Pot 3 Ingredient Sausage Dip

a quick and easy, creamy and delicious sausage dip that will have everyone going back for seconds!

  • 1 lb. ground turkey or pork sausage (mild or hot - your choice)
  • 2 blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese
  • 1 can (14 oz) original Ro*tel, undrained
  1. Add 1 c. water to the bottom of the Instant Pot. Pour in undrained Ro*tel and dump uncooked sausage on top. mash and break up sausage. 

  2. Close lid, turn knob to 'seal' and set to 'manual' for 4 minutes. When timer goes off, quick release pressure.

  3. Drain grease/fat/water out of IP. Set pot to 'saute' and add cubed cream cheese and drained Ro*tel. Stir until creamy, melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Serve with tortilla chips, fresh-cut veggies, sliced baguette, homemade pita chips, or anything your heart desires!
