Sun Dried Tomato Garlic Goat Cheese Dip
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 oz. crumbled goat cheese
  1. Put your tomatoes and garlic into your blender or food processor. Pulse until well chopped.

  2. Add mayo, sour cream, basil, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add goat cheese. Blend again until smooth.

  4. Serve with pretzel crisps, pita chips, tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
