Our New Family Favorite Snack

One thing COVID has done is helped me get a whole lot more creative with my snacking and mealtimes. We’ve been eating at home so much more than ever before, and after a while, the same snacks get old.

We’re always on the lookout for new and delicious snacks, so when I got the chance to try out Love, Corn healthy snacks, I was excited to add a new option to our rotation.

LOVE, CORN snacks are crunchy, savory corn kernels made with plant-based ingredients, and are vegan and gluten-free.

They come in four different flavors: sea salt, salt & vinegar, bbq, and habanero chili. My favorite is definitely the salt & vinegar.

Other Ways to Enjoy LOVE, CORN

Obviously, these snacks are great just by the handful. But you can also use them for other options too:

• Add them to your salad for a crunchy, healthy alternative to croutons.
• Sprinkle them on top of soups – like this potato soup – for a crunchy topping.
• Add them to a cheese and cracker charcuterie board.

My Thoughts on LOVE, CORN Snacks

LOVE, CORN has a unique taste – the only thing I can compare it to is the much heavier, harder-to-crunch, corn nuts. These are definitely WAYYYY better.

I think they’re a good alternative to potato chips and other ‘junky’ snacks. Kids can enjoy these and get health benefits at the same time. Also, these will make a great option when we can travel again, because I like to carry unique, delicious snacks for us to choose from.
