Frozen 2 Inspired Marshmallow Latte
This Frozen 2-Inspired Marshmallow Latte is the perfect creamy winter coffee to get you through those dreary days!
Have you seen Frozen 2 in theaters yet? Andrew and I left the toddler with my parents and we went to see it on our own. He’s not even 2. He’s not into movies yet. But. It was so good. Honestly, I allllmmmost thought it was better than the first. Maybe I did. I think I need to watch both of them back to back and then decide which one I like more.
If you have seen it – what was your favorite song? I laughed out loud – literally – at Kristoff’s ‘Lost in the Woods,’ and I listen to it so much that Cam asked for ‘Lost Woods?’ in the car. But all of the songs are really, really good!
Okay.
Let’s get to the coffee.
I found these Frozen 2 marshmallows at the grocery store, and I just felt like I needed to create a Frozen inspired latte. This latte features purple and blue marshmallow (bonus points if you’ve got a purple and blue mug!). And I’ve added my fluffy marshmallow creamer to the coffee, because the marshmallow fluff reminds me of snow-covered Arendale.
Listen: you know your kids are going to want to watch Frozen 2 (and the original) on repeat for the next 453753423 days. Do yourself a favor and make yourself a Frozen inspired latte to help keep you calm through it all.
And use the leftover marshmallows to make your kiddos some microwave/stove Frozen s’mores!

Frozen 2 Inspired Marshmallow Latte – the Ingredients
Here’s your quick-glance grocery list:
- 16 ounces of brewed coffee, any flavor
- homemade marshmallow creamer
- milk, any kind
- whipped cream + Frozen marshmallows, for topping
Note: you can also use blue and white mini marshmallows if you can’t find the Frozen ones!
Making Your Frozen 2 Inspired Marshmallow Latte
To start with, make your marshmallow creamer. You can grab the recipe, make it ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. You’ll have enough for multiple lattes!
When your marshmallow creamer is ready, brew your hot coffee. I’ve used regular coffee and Irish cream, and they’ve both tasted great! Most flavors go well with marshmallow flavored creamer, so grab your favorite coffee and brew 16 ounces of it.
Pour 8 ounces of coffee into each of two mugs. Into each mug, whisk 1/4 cup of marshmallow creamer and 1/2 cup of milk. Add more creamer or milk to taste (or start with less if you like your coffee flavor stronger).
Top with Frozen 2 Inspired marshmallows and whipped cream, if desired.
Serve immediately.
