  • Veestro Frozen, Ready-to-Heat Meals

Let’s chat about each product!

Vichy Mineral 89 Face Serum Prebiotic Recovery and Defense Concentrate

vichy prebiotic

This Vichy concentrate is marketed as a way to reduce visible signs of stress, reduce fine lines, and protect skin’s elasticity, all while moisturizing.

Here’s the thing: I don’t really do ‘anti-aging‘ products. It’s not my thing – I’m 32; I might as well look like the tired mom I am. But I do appreciate a good moisturizer. This product does a good job of moisturizing, without leaving my skin feeling oily. I have oily skin, so sometimes it’s hard to find a good moisturizer that doesn’t leave my skin extra oily – this does the trick. So, if you need a good moisturizer, this is a great option – and you get some great extra prebiotic benefit as well!

Bragg Unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar

bragg acv babbleboxx fall product roundup 1

When I was a kid, my brother used to drink straight apple cider vinegar like it was water. It both amazed and grossed me out, because one swig made my throat burn. But I’ve always loved the flavor. And now there’s more and more about the potential health benefits of incorporating apple cider vinegar into your daily routine.

Bragg ACV tastes great and it’s unpasteurized, which means that the ‘mother’ it’s made with (the friendly bacteria) is still present. That provides you with more health benefit than pasteurized. One of my favorite uses for apple cider vinegar is in this spicy homemade salsa – we just made a HUGE batch a couple of weeks ago! I also use it when I made this homemade French dressing – you’ll never go back to store-bought.

Tree Hut Margarita Sugar Scrub

If you know me, you know my favorite alcoholic drink is a margarita – any kind, any day. I even have margarita-scented bubble bath! So this Tree Hut margarita sugar scrub is right up my alley. It smells amazing and works well. It keeps my hands soft; which is great, because I’ve been washing them a ton, having a newborn baby at home. Grab the sugar scrub for yourself here!

Halo Hydration Drink Mix

Halo Drink Mix BabbleBoxx Fall Product Roundup Flatlay 1

I received two flavors of this HALO drink mix in my BabbleBoxx Fall Product Roundup: lemonade and pink lemonade. Both contain a couple grams of sugar, citric acid and stevia extract as well as natural flavors.

I was pleasantly surprised that this hydration mix didn’t have a salty undertone. There’s another popular brand that people rave about, but it tastes like saltwater to me, and I can’t stand it. HALO contains no salt, though and it tastes a lot better. You can definitely taste the tang from the citric acid, but there’s a strong lemonade flavor as well.

I probably wouldn’t drink these on a daily basis, but honestly, I prefer plain water to any flavored drink. I’m not a juice drinker or a flavored water drinker; I stick to water and coffee. But if you are looking for a hydration drink, in my opinion, this is significantly better than the other brand I’ve tried.

Flexitol Lip Balm

Flexitol fall lip balm 1

I think this lip balm is going to be wonderful for winter dry lips. My husband is probably going to take it from me, because he gets the worst chapped lips in dry, cold weather.

Flexitol Lip Balm is meant to help severely chapped lips. It doesn’t really have a flavor – think classic plain lip balm – but flavor isn’t the point here. I have a pack of three, so I’ll gift one to my husband, and toss another in my diaper bag to carry around with me.

You can find Flexitol here.

Veestro Frozen, Ready to Eat Plant Based Meal Delivery Service

veestro fall product roundup 1

Veestro is a meal delivery service that specializes in vegan, plant based food. They sent me 4 meals to try – pictured here is the South Indian Coconut Stew. If you’re someone who prefers premade meals – they’d be perfect for lunch time – these are pretty delicious. They’ve got over 50 meal choices, like pasta bolognese, veggie empanadas, and tortilla chili. Plus they’ve got a good introductory offer in which you can save $120 total over your first 4 shipments.

Important to Know: they say on their website that the meals are sent in an insulated box. But, unlike other meal delivery services, they do not have ice packs or dry ice when it’s super hot out. My meals were delivered on a 90 degree day, and they were barely frozen when they arrived at my door. If you order when it’s hot, make sure you’ll be home to bring it in, so it’s not sitting on the porch in the heat.

Receive up to $120 off your first 4 shipments at Veestro.com with code BABBLEBOX at checkout to apply promotion to order. Offer expires 10/31/21 at 11:59 PM CT.

My favorite product from this BabbleBoxx Fall Product Roundup was for sure the Margarita Sugar Scrub, but most of them were pretty good.
